Brand Protection Rules for VitalSleep Affiliates
These rules exist to protect the brand you're promoting -- and your standing in the program. Read them once, follow them always.
1. Do Not Bid on Our Brand Name in Paid Ads
You may not buy ads that target VitalSleep brand terms on any platform -- Google, Bing, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, native networks, or anywhere else.
Brand terms include:
"VitalSleep", "Vital Sleep", "vitalsleep.com"
Any misspelling: "VitelSleep", "VitaSleep", etc.
Any combination: "VitalSleep coupon", "VitalSleep discount", "VitalSleep mouthpiece", "VitalSleep promo code"
Also off-limits:
Brand + generic combos ("VitalSleep anti snoring")
Using brand terms in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, sitelinks, or image text
Running ads that appear because of brand term targeting ("conquesting")
Including brand terms in UTM parameters used for ad targeting
If it has our name in it and it's paid, it's prohibited.
2. No Fake Coupon Pages
If we didn't give you a code, you cannot advertise that one exists. Full stop.
Specifically prohibited:
Pages that imply a coupon exists when it doesn't
Language like "Verified code" or "Working now" unless we confirmed it
"Click to reveal" buttons tied to inactive or unauthorized codes
Expired codes used to generate clicks
Misleading coupon pages or forced-click funnels
Only promote codes that are active and officially issued by VitalSleep.
3. Do Not Re-Upload Our Videos
You may not download, re-upload, or repost any VitalSleep video content -- ads, product demos, UGC clips, or anything pulled from our website or social channels.
What you can do:
Share our original posts using the platform's native share feature
Create and post your own original video content
Use assets we explicitly approve in writing
When in doubt, ask before posting.
4. Do Not Impersonate VitalSleep
You are a promoter of the brand, not the brand itself. The line matters.
Do not:
Build sites, pages, or social profiles that look like official VitalSleep properties
Use our logos or branding in ways that suggest you own or operate the company
Register domains or social handles that include our brand name or anything confusingly close to it
5. Violations Are Handled Immediately
There are no warnings for brand protection violations. If you break these rules:
You will be removed from the program
Pending commissions will be voided
Commissions tied to the violation will be reversed
Legal action may follow for trademark infringement or deceptive marketing
We take this seriously because our customers and our brand depend on it.
6. We Are Actively Monitoring
We watch paid search results, coupon site listings, social platforms, domain registrations, and impersonation pages on an ongoing basis.
If we identify a violation and contact you, you are required to comply with any takedown request promptly.
Promoting VitalSleep the right way is straightforward. Stay in your lane, use your own voice and content, and you'll have a strong long-term partnership with a brand that converts.
