YouTube ads
Meta/TikTok paid traffic
Native ad networks
Brand Terms include: “VitalSleep”, “Vital Sleep”, “vitalsleep.com”, common misspellings, product names/variants, and any combination such as:
“VitalSleep coupon”, “VitalSleep discount”, “VitalSleep promo code”, “VitalSleep mouthpiece”, etc.
Also prohibited:
Bidding on “Brand Terms + generic” (example: “VitalSleep anti snoring”)
Bidding on misspellings (example: “VitelSleep”, “VitaSleep”)
“Conquesting” where the ad appears because of Brand Terms
Using Brand Terms in ad copy, display URL, headline, sitelinks, extensions, or image text
Using Brand Terms in UTM parameters or paid tracking links if used for ad targeting
You may not:
Create pages implying coupons exist when they don’t
Use language like “Verified code” / “Working now” if not provided by VitalSleep
Use “click to reveal” codes that are not active and authorized
Use expired codes to generate clicks or commissions
Redirect users through misleading coupon pages or forced-click funnels
If you don’t have an official code from us, you must not advertise that you do.
Affiliates may not download, re-upload, or repost VitalSleep videos (ads, UGC, product demos, website clips) on any platform, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, or Shorts.
Allowed:
Sharing our original post link (native share)
Using your own original video you created
Using approved assets only when we explicitly grant permission in writing
Affiliates may not:
Create “official” looking sites/pages, social accounts, or ads that imply you are VitalSleep
Use VitalSleep logos/branding in a way that suggests you’re the brand owner
Register domains or handles containing Brand Terms (or confusingly similar variants)
Violation of any brand protection rule may result in:
Immediate removal from the program
Voided commissions (including pending payouts)
Reversal of commissions tied to prohibited activity
Legal action for trademark infringement or deceptive marketing if needed
We actively monitor:
Paid search results for Brand Terms
Coupon site listings
Social platform re-uploads
Domain usage and impersonation pages
Affiliates must comply promptly with takedown requests.
